Purnawarman Residence Terms & Conditions : • Housekeeping and laundry services are not included in basic lease, except for one bedroom apartments. • Service and maintenance of the housing facilities are included in the lease. • All premises are rented out in a furnished condition. • One parking space is included in the basic lease rate. • For short stays 1 - 3 months, total rental fees must be settled prior to move-in. The booking deposit will equal 2 month's rent. • For lease periods of more than 3 months, total rental fees must be paid in advance.
