Astoria Residence Terms & Conditions :

• Housekeeping and laundry services are not included in basic lease, except for one bedroom apartments.
• Service and maintenance of the housing facilities are included in the lease except for private pools and gardens.
• Minimum lease is two years for all houses with two years advance payment prior to move-in
• Booking deposit is one month's rental and will be refunded at the end of the lease period subject to terms and conditions
