Terms & Conditions:

rate, except for the one bedroom apartments.
- Service and maintenance of the housing facilities are included in
the lease.
- All premises are rented out in a furnished condition, except for houses.
- Rates are subject to 10% Value Added Tax.
- One parking space is included in the basic lease rate for apartment
and townhouse
- Minimum lease is one year in apartments or townhouses with one-year
advance payment prior to move-in.
- Minimum lease is two years for all houses with two years advance payment
prior to move-in
- Booking deposit is one month's rental and will be refunded at the
end of the lease period subject to terms and conditions

- Bus fare to Jakarta Japanese School at Bintaro is not included in
